You've heard it before. "People don't plan to fail, they fail to plan." Planning is very important. It really can mean the difference between success and failure. Now, planning doesn't need to be overly complicated. You just have to take a little time to think about what you are doing.
We'll look at what you need to consider when making a plan. There are Business Plans, Marketing Plans, and much more. As part of the webinar, you'll get outlines of a Business Plan and a Marketing Plan ready to be customized to your business.
Our goal is to create a plan that will help you differentiate your business in this crowded marketplace by leveraging your tallents and the resources at your disposal.
The most successful people in business identify helpful resources. And, they use them. We'll talk about what resources you'll want to look for and how to take advantage of them for your success.
We'll also talk about how to define yourself in this incredibly crowded marketplace and help you determine if your skills fit the bill.
When we're done you'll have a much better understanding of how you fit into the marketplace and where to find the necessary resources to build your business.
This is the fine print. Please understand that while we talk about IRS regulations, business contracts, releases, and business structure during the webinar, we are NOT attorneys or accountants. Do NOT consider what you learn in the class as legal or financial advice.
Here's some free advice. When you start or run a business, your best friends can be a good lawyer and a qualified CPA.
